Returns Policy
All orders may be cancelled up to 7 days of date of order or 7 days of receipt of goods, whichever is the later, providing the goods have not been opened and it is the full order which is being returned. We cannot accept part order returns unless goods are faulty.
Genuinely faulty goods will be replaced or money refunded at your request, however we must be advised of any damaged goods upon receipt of the item. This should be via telephone (0161 485 5004) or email ([email protected]) and be logged with us within 24 hours of receipt.
It is the customers responsibility to pay for and ship the item back to us. Once received by us the item will be replaced or its cost refunded in full, as agreed with the customer. The initial order postage will only be refunded if the item is found to be faulty. If the item is found to be faulty, we will also refund the additional postage cost of returning the item to us
